Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in refrigeration systems
- Install new refrigeration systems according to specifications
- Conduct field service visits for maintenance and repairs
- Weld and braze components when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address refrigeration issues promptly
Requirements
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and principles
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with using an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Knowledge of appliance repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour
