Glacier Supply Group is a - GROWING - Family-Owned, Wholesale Distributor of Heating & A/C (HVAC) products. Headquartered in Spokane, WA, with Branches located   in Clarkston, Pasco, Wenatchee, Coeur D’Alene, Kalispell and Bozeman. 

We supply HVAC residential contractors with a full   selection of equipment, exceptional service, technical support, job site   delivery and HVAC training. Ultimately, giving the homeowner the comfort, they expect.

Glacier Supply Offers:

· Sales   Commission with a target of $80K-$150K or more annually

Our Territory Sales managers have the autonomy to grow   their territory without limits by partnering with new and existing   customers to better understand their challenges and provide cost-saving   solutions. The assigned territory will have approximately 30-50   accounts which average about $3M in sales annually in the Central to Eastern Montana area.


What it means to be a Territory   Sales Managers with Glacier Supply

· Develop   and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets by generating sales   growth via prospecting potential new customers and developing current   accounts with new product groups and services.

· Serve   as a resource to customers with understanding contracts, proposals, product   information and availability, recommend product lines, packaging, and service   changes, surveying consumer needs and trends.

· Represent   the company demonstrating product lines and services at trade shows and sales   exhibits.

· Stay   informed of new products, services, HVAC industry trends and other general   information of interest to customers by participating in educational   opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal   networks.

· Monitor   competitive activity and develop new methods to penetrate key markets or   business opportunities.

· Troubleshoot   problems, answer questions and address customers regarding products provided   and offer solutions.

· Achieve   results which are aligned with Glacier Supply Group’s strategic company-wide   goals.


To be successful in our Territory Sales Manager role, we ask for the following criteria to be met.

· Minimum   3 years HVAC sales experience - not required.

· Minimum   5 years HVAC distributor industry experience - not required.

· High   School diploma and/or GED required.

· College   or equivalent experience preferred.

· Valid   unrestricted driver’s license.

· Able   to calculate and negotiate monetary transactions.

· Ability   to act independently with a sense of urgency and the confidence to handle a   variety of challenges with the emphasis on relationships and results.

· Experience   with Microsoft office, POS software, and inventory programs.

· Ability   to bend, squat and lift up to 50lbs as occasionally required for this job.

· Up to 90%   travel within a local geographical area. Occasionally travel is required   outside of the local area and overnight stay may also be required.

Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
