We’re seeking a Civil Site CAD Technician to support our engineering and design teams by creating and modifying detailed site plans and drawings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Civil 3D, a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, and exceptional attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
- Develop detailed site plans, grading plans, drainage plans, and other civil engineering drawings using Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and revise design drawings, schematics, and blueprints based on engineering designs and field data.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and documentation.
- Review and check drawings for completeness and accuracy before final submission.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of Civil 3D experience.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering design and drafting principles.
- Ability to interpret and create detailed drawings, specifications, and design documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in civil-site or construction environment is a plus.
