GLASSTINT WINDOW FILM is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium automotive window films. Founded in 2006 in South Korea, we have built a strong global presence with over 1,450 partners across Korea, Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, and Uzbekistan.
We are rapidly expanding our market in the United States and are looking for motivated and energetic sales representatives to drive growth in their local region.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional revenue goals
- Identify, engage, and close deals with new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
- Travel within your assigned territory to conduct face-to-face sales meetings and promote our premium window film products
- Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms that align with company objectives
- Act as a key liaison between customers and GLASSTINT, providing exceptional service and support
Work Location & Travel
✅ Remote position – Work from your local area (no need to commute to an office)
✅ Local outbound sales – Focus on growing your regional market
✅Travel flexibility – Occasional travel outside your region as needed (up to 90%)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Performance-Based Commissions
- Car Allowance & Mileage Reimbursement
- Full Travel Expense Coverage (lodging, meals, and transportation for business trips)

- Full-Time Position (Monday–Friday, minimum 40 hours/week)
Base salary is determined based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or distribution sales (preferred)
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
✔ Must be comfortable with frequent travel (both locally and occasionally nationwide)
✔ Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
