Glazzio Tiles, a leader in the tile industry is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for providing support via phone, email, live chat, or in person, and will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Address customer concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and problem-solving techniques.
- Provide product or service information to customers, explaining features, benefits, and troubleshooting steps.
- Resolve issues by guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, offering product replacements or refunds, and escalating to relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including interaction history, issues, and resolutions, in CRM software.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to offer accurate advice to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call resolution time, and response time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or call center roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software (CRM systems).
