Fast growing perishable Food Brokerage Company located in downtown Glen Ellyn is looking for a positive, outgoing, detail-oriented person to join our best in class, administrative team.
The focus of this position will primarily be to assist the Sales Management team with presentations, entering new product placement detail, updating/maintaining current pricing, and submitting/managing customer promotions using manufacturer’s portals and systems. Data Entry of entering orders into system.
Minimum Requirements:
· High school graduation or equivalent (college degree a big plus)
· 2 years of administrative and office experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Exceptional follow-through skills
· Attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communications
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Ability/willingness to learn new software/portals.
· Extremely Organized
· Ability to multi task
