Position Overview:
As the Studio/Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our membership-based skincare studio, leading by example to drive membership sales, exceed revenue goals and ensure every client leaves feeling cared for and confident. Your role will focus heavily on growing our membership base by leading local marketing efforts to engage with the community and build brand awareness, inspiring your team to connect with clients, highlight the value of our services and close sales with enthusiasm and authenticity. Community Marketing:
· Lead local marketing efforts to engage with the community and build brand awareness
· Develop partnerships with local businesses and attend networking events to drive client acquisition
· Implement creative outreach campaigns to attract new members and foster relationships with potential clients
Sales Leadership:
· Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by leading from the front and motivating the team to do the same
· Analyze sales performance to boost revenue and membership growth
· Train staff on effective sales techniques and the value of our membership offerings
Team and Studio Management:
· Lead, inspire and coach your team to exceed membership sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences
· Oversee studio operations, ensuring the studio is always running smoothly, clean and welcoming
· Manage inventory and supplies to ensure the studio is fully stocked and operational
Client Management:
· Build lasting relationships with clients by creating a welcoming, personalized and professional experience
· Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention
· Drive membership growth by actively promoting our membership benefits and features
Schedule Management:
· Coordinate team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all studio hours
· Optimize appointment bookings and ensure smooth client flow throughout the day
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a leadership or management role
· Experience in membership-based sales environment (e.g., spa, fitness, wellness or subscription-based business)
· Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and membership goals
· Passion for skincare and wellness, with the ability to educate and inspire clients about the benefits of memberships and services
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing operations, inventory and studio cleanliness
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor
· Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, scheduling software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support studio hours and events
· Skills in managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content and tracking social media performance metrics to enhance studio visibility
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in the skincare, spa or beauty industry
· Marketing or community outreach experience
· Knowledge of client retention models and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to drive client satisfaction and long-term loyalty
