Duties
- Greet customers and educate them about Fair Trade in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Learn about artisans and the products in store.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong retail sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong communication skills.
