What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Global Integrity Realty Corporation?
We are looking for energetic, results-oriented Maintenance Supervisor for a 172 unit property. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years total Property Maintenance experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisor capacity.
Individuals must have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supervise team of maintenance tech and porter
- Completing maintenance service requests
- Apartment turnovers
- Maintaining curb appeal

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
- At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in apartment maintenance for 150 units.
- HVAC certified a strong plus!
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is a must!
- Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
