Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing process optimization, ensure project completion within budget, and drive continuous improvement in production lines. This hands-on role requires expertise in Lean Manufacturing, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Process Management: Oversee production flow, maintain equipment, and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Project & Budget Management: Lead projects from proposal to execution, managing budgets and schedules. Foster an “On-Time, Under-Budget” mindset.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Resolve production issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide manufacturing engineering support.
- Personnel Management: Supervise team members, handle assignments, and manage performance evaluations and personnel decisions.
- Cost Analysis & Reporting: Conduct cost estimations, payback analysis, and risk assessments. Maintain structured project reporting systems.

Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 12 years in manufacturing, preferably in munitions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
- Experience with DOE, ISO, and risk management is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary range: $118,000 - $177,000 (final offer based on experience and location).
