Retail Customer Service Associate

Job Summary
To ensure excellent customer service and assist with the garment handling before and after the garments are cleaned and pressed.

Duties:

• Satisfy customer needs
• Handle drop-off and pickup
• Create invoices for incoming orders
• Tag the garments
• Assemble the orders once cleaning is finished
• Clean work area
• Tailoring fitting experience or willingness to learn preferred.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers.
• Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and laundry services is preferred.
• Basic math skills for accurate financial transactions and reporting.
• Ability to clean and maintain store facilities to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Work independently to ensure store goals are met.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
