Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals.
- Identify opportunities and promote relevant services to drive revenue growth.
- Assist clients with enrollments and monitor account status.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account status, and progress.
- Monitor and report daily on key account metrics to Sr. Account Executive.
- Proven experience as an Account Representative, Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
