Responsibilities
About the role:
The Capital Markets Analyst will perform analysis of moderate to complex financial information and prepare analysis and reports to assist management in developing, coordinating and executing short and long-term funding solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Organize and assist with functions for IO Central Treasury including debt & transaction reporting and Treasury compliance processes
- Assist with the assessment of economic, market, and internal conditions to support adequate funding strategies
- Analyze financing transaction conditions, monitoring their performance and identifying trends
- Function as point of contact for internal partners of the IO Treasury
- Develop ad-hoc analysis and reporting as directed by management
- Assist in the development of company presentations for internal, bank, rating agency and investor audiences
- Must keep abreast of current trends in the market and all areas related to current responsibilities
Qualifications
What makes you a dream candidate?
- Knowledge of corporate finance/financial analysis, including financial statement analysis
- Knowledge of capital markets
- Knowledge of modeling financial information, including forecasting
- Knowledge of auto financing, leasing and/or floor-planning a plus
- Skills in spreadsheet modeling
- Skills in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
- Proficiency in Bloomberg a plus
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge and ability in performing financial analysis functions
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 0-2 years experience in a Financial Analysis role or related field preferred
