A middle-aged man on the upper west side of NYC is searching for 3 caregivers. He is a quadriplegic with full cognitive abilities and needs 24/7 support. Candidates must have experience working as a caregiver with individuals who are in wheelchairs, transporting to and from doctors appointments in NYC via access-a-ride, and helping administer medication’s, bowel stimulation, and MUST HAVE impeccable references. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the work that they do, enjoy providing companionship to compromised clients and helping with household duties, such as light housekeeping, meal prep, etc. They are looking for support Monday through Friday 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM. They are also looking for somebody Friday 7 PM to Monday at 7 AM
35-$40 per hour based on experience. The client is being released from rehab on Friday 2/14 I would love to meet somebody who could join the training on how to work with him, on Tuesday, 2/18, next week.
**IF 10 HOUR SHIFTS ARE PREFERRED, THE CLIENT IS NEGOTIABLE**
