Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS)/Audiologist – Des Plaines, IL
Salary Potential: Minimum $75,000-$100,000 within your first year of employment (including base salary and bonuses).

- Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs.
- Professional Recommendations: Provide recommendations for the best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current licensure to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Illinois OR Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree with qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Illinois.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments (Preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, complemented by a values-driven approach.
