Highlights:
The role of a Sales Coach is to be a mentor, motivator, and guide for the sales team along with the leadership team, in a strong matrix structure. The efforts of this individual should be geared towards improving the skills, confidence, and overall performance of our staff.
- Coordinate and organize Leadership team coaching sessions
- Monitor KPIs and goals for areas of improvement
- Conduct Sales Training for new hires
- Assist Leadership team with current staff sales training and team coaching
- Handle customer concerns
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Value integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and our staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Rhode Island OR
- AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Rhode Island
Preferred Qualifications
- Hearing Industry Sales experience preferred
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Sycle
