The Difference You Will Make:
The food runner / busser is responsible for setting and clearing tables in the dining and gaming area. They assist in providing a clean and tidy environment for restaurant patrons. Their duties include removing used dishes, re-setting silverware and filling beverages for diners.
Who You Are:
- Assist servers with running food
- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
- Assist with keeping the pool area tidy
- Wiping up spills from the bar and tables
- Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners
- Bringing out meal orders
- Handling cleaning of the FOH at the close of day
- Assist Goat restaurant operations by hosting social gatherings, assisting with service in the main dining area and Morning Ritual coffee shop, as needed.
