Join the team at GoGreen Landscaping LLC , a leading landscaping company based in Oberlin, Ohio. We are currently seeking dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Members who are capable of performing physically demanding tasks and have a keen eye for detail. This role involves walking up to 10 miles per day, lifting 50-70 lbs frequently, and bending and kneeling for up to 9 hours a day. Responsibilities
- Preparing trucks for the day's work
- Performing property maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing leaves, pruning, weeding, and site cleaning
- Executing plantings and flower installations, including soil preparation, proper planting techniques, mulching, watering, and bed edging
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and trucks
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in lawn maintenance, proper planting techniques, horticultural pruning, and spring and fall cleanups
- Proficiency with mowers, leaf blowers, weed whackers, and other basic hand tools
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15-$19, commensurate with experience.
