We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who can properly communicate and respond to customer complaints while also being quick and precise.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
-Package goods swiftly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone or in person
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Knowledge of retail math concepts is beneficial
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
