Summary :
Responsible for dealing assigned games according to established policies and procedures. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the games dealt.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Greet players and maintain a friendly, courteous, pleasant attitude
- Deal respective live table games with efficiency, proficiency, and professionalism, while providing great guest service
- Offer to explain the games to inquiring customers and novices
- Provide accurate game protection and security to the game and all players
- Ensure that all fill and credit slips and other documents presented are accurate and complete
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customers, team members, promotional ideas and business plans
- Notifiey supervisor of any irregularities in the game, including play, possible gaming violations, personnel or operational problems
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
