Starting Pay : $18-$20 / hour (with potential for raises based on performance)
Location : Lodi / Galt, CA
What We Offer :
Competitive Pay : Starting at $18-$20 / hour, with performance-based raises.
Flexible Scheduling : Choose from 12 to 48 hours weekly, with day and night shifts available.

Responsibilities :
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and foster meaningful connections.
Help with light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional conditions.
Follow personalized care plans to ensure clients' safety and comfort.
Requirements :
Pass an FBI / DOJ background check.
Have a current TB test or be willing to obtain one.
Be registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the state of California (our office can help with registration).
A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are preferred but not required.
