We currently have 4 unique locations in Texas, Missouri, and Connecticut and are looking to expand rapidly. This role is for Lee's Summit location.
Position Overview: We are seeking a confident, self-starter that thrives in competitive situations to lead our team as the Sales and Operations Manager for our Lee's Summit location! Responsibilities:
Sales Leader: • Drives success of our Ranch Pass Subscription program and hits or exceeds monthly subscription targets • Increase both sales and retention of Ranch Pass Subscriptions. • Ability to achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
Standard Setter: • Lead by example in all customer interactions to the Golf Ranch standard • Drive expectations and standards for the team with a customer focused approach.
Brand Champion: • Embody the vision and brand values. • Educate customers and employees about Golf Ranch and Golf Lite.
People Builder: • Lead and mentor Customer Experience Managers, Facility manager and service team. • Evolve and improve sales and service process- open to continuous feedback and able to provide feedback to all teams
Customer Obsession: • Understand customer base and continuously find ways to create value. • Create relationships and connections with customers.
Managerial Responsibilities:
• Manager on Duty (MOD): • Assume MOD responsibilities as needed to oversee daily operations, manage guest inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment. • Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests and employees. • Continuously coach employees on day-to-day activities and empower them to handle responsibilities and processes independently.
