L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst.
Attend meetings on the project to provide subject matter expertise as to their work with the WMS system.
Assist the team and all of the other stakeholders to understand the needs of the local districts as far as what needs are and ensure the needs are met.
Help plan out needed system changes with project and it's interfacing system.
Job Requirements
Details :
5 years of experience working in a Child Welfare environment using the Welfare Management System (WMS) utilized by a local district (LDSS) and supporting its use.
5 years of experience working directly with users in a human services arena providing training or technical assistance with WMS.
5 years of experience interpreting regulations governing practice and program outcomes in relation to WMS and the populations it serves.
5 years of experience with using CONNECTIONS, the primary child welfare application for the state of New York.
5 years of experience leading or co-leading projects around WMS, IES, or other systems with an LDSS.
