Landscape Construction Superintendent 🚜
Location : Maltby, Washington
Salary Range : $80,000 - $85,000
Job Type : Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a Landscape Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial and residential landscape projects. You will oversee crews, subcontractors, and equipment while ensuring high-quality work, safety compliance, and on-time project completion.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and safety management .
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Direct and manage crews (3-6 members), subcontractors, and vendors.
Oversee the installation of hardscapes, retaining walls, multi-zone irrigation systems, and low-voltage lighting .
Enforce OSHA safety regulations and ensure site security.
Schedule and coordinate inspections with city officials and municipalities .
Work with the Project Manager to track job progress, report daily activities, and adjust schedules as needed.
Maintain accurate redline drawings and approve daily timecards.
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for crews.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in landscape construction, site supervision, or hardscape projects .
Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, retaining walls, and low-voltage lighting .
Ability to read blueprints, contracts, and construction plans .
Experience in equipment / material procurement and crew leadership .
OSHA Certification (preferred).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
