Description
- 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling
- Care Planning
- Documentation
- Productivity
- Overall Patient Care Operations
- Responsibilities include managing all patient care expenditures and assuring both regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- RN License
- At least 2 year of clinical management experience
- At least 2 years of hospice or related healthcare experience
- A good understanding of hospice regulations and quality standards of care
- Will complete Administrator training required by DADS
- Must be of high integrity including maintenance of confidential information including all patient records
- Works as a team player, following directions and adhering to defined care plans
- Demonstrated commitment to the hospice philosophy of care
- Can successfully pass background checks
