Requirements:
- Proven experience in agriculture equipment sales
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting purposes
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully
