TITLE: Warehouse Technician
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive inbound shipments, document condition, locate and document location of items and prepare items for load out at
the warehouse. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and employees to share knowledge and improve outcomes.

PERFORMANCE:

Receive, store, pull and stage furniture in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Manage inventory accuracy for sold order and asset management customers.
Manage the merchandise return policy to ensure warehouse is organized and that product is documented, and
disposition plan is carried out.
Response times and quality of internal and external communications and deliverables must meet or exceed customer
expectations.
Create and Provide Visual Tools to manage workload and share progress towards goals (KPI’s).
