- Assess and analyze departmental budgets to minimize expenses and optimize profits.

- Communicate with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects.
- Identify potential problems and points of friction, working proactively to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.

- Share and exchange operational best practices across all Goodness Gardens Inc distribution centers.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Advanced education in Finance and Lean Six Sigma certification.
- 5 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in the Food/Beverage/Perishables Industry.
- Proficient and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- A comprehensive background in Fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing.
- Experience in inventory control management and developing warehouse management or inventory tracking systems.
- Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
- An enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change.
- Continuous improvement and project management skills.
- A high level of integrity and ethics.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
