POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Retail Operations Center General Manager you would be responsible for supervising all day to day aspects of the Outlet Store, Salvage, and Retail Distribution System in both Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia. You would get to assist our Regional Directors and Store Managers with transportation, distribution, and inventory of donated and purchased merchandise by ensuring proper and timely pick-up and delivery of materials.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
- Provide leadership and direction to staff and assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote and maintain operations and safety.
- Ensure that production, distribution, salvaging and quality goals and standards are achieved; supports the mission by achieving sales, budget, and profit objectives; ensures facility operates in an efficient manner.
- Promote positive application of organizational policies and procedures and ensures operations facilities are operated in such a manner as to reflect a positive internal and external appearance.

External Hiring Range: $58,000.00 up to $61,480.00/year
Travel: Local travel may will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 2 years of experience in management required. OR
- Internal Candidates will be considered with - High school diploma or equivalent AND 6 months of experience the Goodwill Assistant Manager role required.
REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH).
