CNC Mill Programmer/Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Operator to join our team. Be part of a company with a strong culture that values collaboration between employees and leadership, empowering smart and efficient operational decisions.

• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $25 to $30.

• Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

• Requirements: Ability to read blueprints, apply mechanical knowledge, and use precision measuring instruments to program and operate CNC mill machines.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Fanuc controllers, CNC programming, CAD, and GibbsCAM. Willingness to learn is also valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC milling machines to meet production needs.
• Operate the machinery to efficiently complete orders.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product accuracy.
• Conduct routine maintenance to keep machinery in top condition.
• Safely and effectively handle materials during operations.
