Chief of Business Development

?
Focus: Develop business relationships with various industries to provide services, particularly mobile medical services and pharmacy services.
?
Strategic Planning: Analyze market opportunities, using data and knowledge of industries (government, schools, and companies, etc.), to find opportunities in and around our service area. Develop plans for business growth, by designing new service and targeting new markets and potential customers.

Develop and Deploy Marketing Tools: Ensure that brochures, materials, website, social media, and other resources are used to promote mobile services. Ensure that businesses are receiving proper data analytics to make business decisions.

Community Engagement: Expand and continue cultivating and maintaining relationships with key community stakeholders, including local organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies, to identify business leads and foster partnerships.

Lead a team of Regional Directors . Communicate plans to the team, oversee their activities, evaluate their performance, develop their skills, and hold them accountable for performance. Assist and accompany team members as needed. “Lead by example” by taking responsibility for marketing within a small Region, acting as a Regional Director.

Goal Setting and Evaluation: Develop goals to guide and motivate team members, perhaps including monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing/outreach goals. Evaluate progress toward goals, provide feedback, and guide improvement processes.

Event Coordination: Ensure Regional Managers oversee Outreach Coordinators who guide “fulfillment” of service commitments (on-site screenings, physicals, vaccinations, ongoing chronic care visits, etc.).
?
Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and operational teams and corporate executives to ensure alignment between business development efforts and the overall organizational strategy.
?
Budget Management : Work with the Finance team to help with the business development and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
QUALIFICATIONS
?
Extensive experience in diverse management positions, or a Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
?
Experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the healthcare industry or related function, such as Human Resources.
?
Proven experience in project management.
?
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
?
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships within the community.
?
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
?
Must be willing to travel across North Carolina.
?
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
?
Must be able to work independently.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

?
Reports directly to the CEO.
?
Directly supervises Regional Directors.
?
An Outreach Coordinator for each region reports to each Regional Director, including to the CBD as she or he acts as Regional Director in a small region.
?
Outreach Coordinator ensures schedules, resources, personnel, etc. are put in place to fulfill commitments to serve customers.
