Job Details
RN Emergency Room position in Melrose Park, Illinois at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, part of Trinity Health.
The position is for a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, working from 7pm to 7 : 30am, every other weekend. Familiarity with Epic system is required.
Job Requirements
BLS certification required.
PALS certification required.
ACLS certification required.
Current state license verification required, dated within 30 days of start.
TNCC certification required.
Fit Test certification required.
Trinity Code of Conduct Form signed.
Trinity I9 form completed.
Health statement certifying fit to work.
Trinity Skills Checklist must be completed for clinical contractors.
