A federal construction project based out of Anchorage, AK requires a competent Site Superintendent to help plan, manage and organize the various stages of a project. Contingent upon award. You will be in charge of coordinating the site team and monitoring the job site environment. The Site Superintendent is responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation including: project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, outage requests, ensuring a safe work environment and managing project costs. We expect that you will have excellent management skills and be highly organized with great attention to detail. You should have a broad technical knowledge of networking infrastructure, building materials, plumbing and electrical systems, including being able to read plans and blueprints. You will oversee construction activities at all stages to ensure that project goals are met. Ultimately, you should be able to identify potential problems that affect the quality of our services and solutions.
