Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager for our insurance team, must have 5-7 years of experience in commercial insurance to manage and support our diverse portfolio of business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent client management skills, leadership skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a book of commercial lines accounts, helping to provide service support for the commercial lines producers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Work closely with underwriters and insurers to secure coverage and negotiate terms.
• Review and analyze policy renewals, endorsements, and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processes, and coverage adjustments.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals, reports, and documentation as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
• Valid P&C -IL Insurance License required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
