GPAC is Hiring a Custom Applicator Near Geneseo, IL
A well-established Ag retailer is actively seeking a Custom Applicator. This individual will be responsible for safely operating heavy Ag equipment to apply fertilizer and crop protection products to farmers fields.
Custom Applicator Responsibilities:
- Field application of crop protection and plant nutrient products
- Repair and maintain company equipment
- Effectively communicate with farmers and agronomists
- Occasionally mix and blend chemical and fertilizer
- Maintain application/spray records
- Calibration of fertilizer and spraying equipment
- Follow all safety procedures
Custom Applicator Background Requirements:
- Prior experiences in operating large Ag equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL and Custom Applicators License
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
