And the best part? You'll have the support of an efficient team handling patient administrative paperwork and office staffing, so you can concentrate on what you do best.
But that's not all! My client offers a competitive compensation package, including a sliding scale based on production and a complete benefits package including a Sign-On Bonus, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance for you and your dependents, Malpractice Insurance, professional liability insurance and 401(k) plan with 25% matching up to 4% of total pay on a 6-year vesting schedule.
You'll also be eligible for a $100,000 loan repayment at the end of your 5th year and three weeks of paid vacation upon hire. And don't worry about lab fees, supplies or staff expenses, my client has got you covered!
Responsibilities include creating dental treatment plans, coordinating oral health care during patient consultations, adhering to all federal and government regulations and exhibiting positive, responsible and professional leadership at all times.
Qualifications include a Dental degree from an accredited dental school in the United States, a license issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners, and previous experience is preferred. Recent/soon-to-be college graduates are also welcome to apply.
