GPAC is Hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager Near Hyannis, MA
We are looking for someone to join ourteam as a Personal Lines Account Manager! Successful candidates fulfill the role of maintaining high standards of client experience, understanding company, and internal systems and workflows and Providing Peace of Mind Through Proactive Service.
What you’ll do as the Personal Lines Account Manager
- Service the day-to-day personal insurance needs of our clients
- Work to be a client’s trusted advisor
- Increase Key Performance Indicators (revenue services, policy count ratio, etc.)
- Maintain workflows and current information in Epic – CRM System
- Be A Team Player: Attend Personal Lines team meetings and events
- Maintain knowledge of all company systems
- Maintain the highest levels of client service per the service standards
As our Personal Lines Account Manager:
- At least 1-year experience
- MA Producers License
- Self-motivation and accountability to get the job done
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be highly organized
- Ability to have fun and work with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Applied Epic a plus
