My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute land surveying projects, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare accurate survey reports, plats, and legal descriptions.
- Supervise and coordinate field crews, ensuring quality control and timely project completion.
- Review and approve survey calculations, plans, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain and operate survey equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Kentucky and/or Indiana.
- 3-5 years of experience in land surveying or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other survey software.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, methods, and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
