ABOUT THE POSITION
Job Title : GIPS Performance Reporting Analyst
Employment : Full Time
Location : New York or Seattle
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the analysis and interpretation of performance and analytical data. Including understand the drivers and impacts of markets and other factors.
- Demonstrate strong technical fundamentals for supporting performance computation and reporting. Including understanding how composites are constructed and what the technical and qualitative requirements for a GIPS compliant firm are.
- Evaluate, quality control and manage the monthly performance reporting process. Including being able to describe and illustrate performance drivers, outliers and dispersion between composites, strategies and / or accounts qualitatively and quantitatively.
- GIPS Performance analyst will have working knowledge of GIPS and composite membership rules and be able to provide process and standards advice regarding GIPS and composite maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to GIPS Compliance standards and keep up with new developments as they arise.
- Work independently, with minimal guidance and act as a resource for colleagues on the GIPS Team and within the firm.
- Support the production of accurate and timely reporting deliverables for the RFP, DDQ and Client Services Teams.
- Perform data mining from multiple data sources, integrating and analyzing data sets.
- Partner with verticals throughout the firm to assist with data accessibility.
- Respond to internal and external ad-hoc questions.
