Job Summary
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals in various medical settings. Your primary responsibilities will include driving to provide in home patient care, assisting patients with their needs, Communicating with providers via Telehealth. Create your own day to day schedule.
PAY is 18$ per visit. Pay is production based
Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with in-person patient needs
- Administer medications under the direction of a physician
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
- Perform basic laboratory tests and sterilize medical instruments
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medication instructions
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and follow up on test results
- Provide in home patient care; driving to the patient
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding
- Ability to be flexible
- Motivated
- Ability to administer medications and perform basic clinical procedures
- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care
- Able to draw blood or willing to learn how
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
