Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates possessing a Bachelor’s degree in a human service or a closely related field.
- Salary range for this educational level is $45,000 - $52,000 and is commensurate with experience.

- Candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.
- Salary range for this educational level is $51,250 - $62,000 and is commensurate with experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth and families.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.

Position Description:
- Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
- Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
- Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
- Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
