I have an immediate need for an in-home 9th grade Geometry tutor on the southern end of Bainbridge Island in-between the Blakely are and the Fort Ward area next to Blakely Harbor Park. The student is a 9th grader attending Bainbridge High School. She needs to work with a tutor for support in her Geometry class.
The student is struggling to keep up in class and stay on top of her homework/class work.
The student's main goal is to build her overall understanding and comprehension of what she is learning in school. She is also looking for occasional support with homework and test prep and would like to work on getting ahead if possible.
The family wants 1 hour sessions once a week during student's available times. She is available Monday 2pm-8pm, Wednesday 3pm-8pm, and both Saturday & Sunday from 12pm-7pm.
We have other students in this area as well (most want to meet for 1 hour sessions 1-3 times a week) including a student on Bainbridge Island who wants a history tutor so if you are interested in students in this area please sign up with us! Job Requirements
- Tutor must be willing to work in person, face to face at the student's home on the southern end of Bainbridge Island in-between the Blakely are and the Fort Ward area next to Blakely Harbor Park.
- Tutor must be available for 1 hour sessions once a week during student's available times. (Student is available Monday 2pm-8pm, Wednesday 3pm-8pm, and both Saturday & Sunday from 12pm-7pm.)
- Minimal travel required to meet with student (you decide the distance you are willing to travel, typically 5-10 miles)
- Due to insurance requirements applicants must not be a minor.
Student Availability
MON 2pm-8pm
WED 3pm-8pm
SAT & SUN 12pm-7pm
