Summary
The Senior Talent Development Architect will be responsible for creating and designing our virtual (live and on demand) and in-person educational experiences. The Senior TD Architect will also ensure that the training experiences reflect good practices in instructional design and the use of educational technologies, including face-to-face delivery, action learning, course platforms, asynchronous learning, eLearning courses, videos, virtual Instructor-Led training (vILT), and other learning solutions, with a focus on incorporating a variety of media and learning methods to create an effective learning environment. The Senior TD Architect will design sessions with various stakeholders such HR Business Partners, SMEs, facilitators, colleagues and senior level leaders across multiple disciplines/functional roles. The Senior TD Architect will also provide project management oversight of his/her assigned projects and facilitate any needed learning sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree ( preferred)
- Five years progressive experience in human resources and/or organizational development
- Two Years change management Communication (preferred)
- Must be familiar with LMS concepts and functionality. In addition, must be a quick learner of systems.
- Proficiency with learning authoring tools, i.e., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond for eLearning development and animation.
- Proven ability and competence to function in a highly visible role with heavy cross-functional interaction across the human resources platform.
- Technical and practical grasp of HR practices and metrics to deliver fully integrated human capital solutions to clients.
- Must have sound technical skills, analytical ability, including ability to interpret metrics/dashboards, good judgement, and a strong operational focus.
- SHRM Certification ( Preferred)
- Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, DDI or Hogan certification (Preferred)
- Well versed in adult training theory and instructional design
- Exceptional written/oral communication and interpersonal skills; confidence presenting to large audiences.(Preferred)
- Strong project management, diagnostic and consulting skills
- Strategic and systematic thinking skills (Preferred)
