Overview

This is a seasonal position from April 2025 through October 2025. Dormitory Style Shared Housing and Meals provided at $19/day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision to our Stable teamsters and Stable cleaner. Assist with the daily care of horses, ensuring their well-being, grooming, feeding, and health checks.
• Maintain clean and organized stables and equipment, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Provide transportation to our guest by driving horse carriages. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless operations.
• Uphold Grand Hotel's commitment to exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
• Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of guests, colleagues, and our beloved horses.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering camaraderie and shared success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with horses, including handling, riding, and care.
• Previous Supervisory Experience 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and entertain guests.
• Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors and lift heavy objects.
• Reliable and team-oriented attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
