Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's Purpose and Values
• Develop and support comprehensive standard facility operations manuals, including written policies and procedures for all spa facility services, administration and maintenance.
• Provide hands on support and guidance and ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved brand standards.
• Assure compliance with any applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards by monitoring operations.
• Verify and maintain colleague’s credentials, including their trainings and certification needs.
• Create and put into action marketing strategies to reach financial objectives.
• Attend continuing education courses and trainings to keep your industry knowledge up to date.
• Timely respond to guest inquiries or concerns.
• Prepare facilities and staff schedules to increase efficiency.
• Make and review financial statements and reports.
• Create and update spa menu of services and programs. Manager payroll.
• Carry out tasks such as hiring, interviewing, onboarding and training new colleagues.
• Evaluate employee performance and offer coaching as needed.
• Keep supply or equipment inventories current.
• Establish and maintain par levels and place orders for materials as necessary.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with colleagues

Requirements

• Possess exceptional time management, detail and organizational skills.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a completely flexible work schedule compatible with business demand and operational hours.
• Previous spa management experience preferred.
