SUMMARY - Working under supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Help Desk will operate as level one help desk which assists in onsite management of computer networks, electronic media and communication devices to ensure that they function smoothly and provide the most efficient and necessary support to the organization.

- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, servers, and systems.
- Perform level one help desk support for IT systems
- Perform level one help desk support for ERP systems
- Assist with SQL reporting
- Create documentation for information technology procedures
- Organize information technology documentation and resources
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Develops technical solutions to business
- Keeps work area neat and clean according to company standards.
- Works safely and follows all company rules and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
