Wash Attendant

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with payment and wash options.
- Guide vehicles into the wash area with precision and professionalism.
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing conditions and ensure quality during the wash process.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, perform basic maintenance, and report issues promptly.
- Be proficient with all policies and procedures.
- Keep the property clean and organized, including tasks like unclogging vacuums, ensuring trash is maintained and emptied regularly, and shoveling as part of trench-cleaning duties.
- Address customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction for all involved parties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, patient, motivated, and punctual team player.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Physical capability to lift 35 lbs, stand for full shifts, and occasionally climb ladders.
No prior experience is required—training is provided. Candidates with technical skills or mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced during busy hours; downtime is used for cleaning and maintenance.
- Outdoor work environment with some indoor tasks.
Hours and Compensation:
- Shifts: 12 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday–Sunday, with flexible scheduling available.
- Starting pay is minimum wage, with opportunities to earn up to $15/hr after completing a 3-month training and evaluation period.

- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on company property to maintain a clean and professional environment for staff and customers.
