Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies while also creating visually compelling content. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, managing brand identity, and designing graphics for various marketing materials and platforms. This role will manage the day to day our two CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will blend strategic marketing skills with strong graphic design capabilities to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and sales of mortgage products.
- Create and implement targeted campaigns to attract and engage potential borrowers and real estate partners.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), print, and events.
- Develop and oversee content that communicates the benefits of mortgage products, including website content, brochures, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Ensure content is informative, engaging, and compliant with industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the mortgage industry.
- Use insights to develop targeted marketing strategies and adjust campaigns as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Mortgage Consultant) is advantageous.
Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in marketing and graphic design, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and design projects. Experience in a bank, mortgage company setting, or financial services.
Skills:
- Experience with Top of Mind, Surefire
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to create and manage successful marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, content management systems).
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage & banking products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
