Responsibilities
- Supervise daily teller operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting banking products.
- Conduct cash management tasks, including balancing cash drawers and preparing deposits.
- Assist customers with loan processing and financial sales to meet their needs.
- Train and mentor new tellers on best practices in customer service and operational procedures.
- Utilize relationship management skills to build rapport with customers and enhance their banking experience.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions using cash registers and 10 key typing skills.
