Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide world-class support through phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Act as a detective for customer issues, working creatively to resolve challenges related to orders, products, and shipping.
- Order Management: Process and update customer orders, assisting with modifications to product selections and shipping details.
- Product Expertise: Become a product guru! Offer detailed information and recommendations, helping customers choose the best products to meet their needs.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Shipping, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless order fulfillment and an exceptional customer experience.
- Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty through positive and professional interactions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback to help us continuously improve.
- Learn strategic management: As you master the basic customer success skills, learn and grow taking on accountabilities for key strategic customers and learn international business development.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is a plus.
